For files to considered 'ready to print' must meet all of the following specifications:

Print Size: All artwork to be supplied Print size (i.e. finished size plus 2mm bleed). more info

Images: Supply all images (i.e. Photo's, scanned artwork etc. used in your artwork) as 300dpi cmyk and / or grayscale.tiff files. more info

File formats: See list of acceptable software. more info

Fonts: Prefer fonts converted to paths (or all fonts used in your artwork must be supplied). more info

  • Turnaround guarantee 7-10 working days for designs supplied "ready to print"
  • Payment in full on placement of order (please include delivery and handling costs Min. $11)
  • It is the clients obligation that art work does not breach copyright laws.
  • These price and turnaround guarantees are only for jobs designed and supplied "ready to print"
  • We undertake to offset print files sent to YouPrint in a high quality and professional manner but we can take no responsibility for your art work's competency, accuracy or suitability.
  • We use an American Credit Card Processor which means the cost quoted will be converted to United States Dollar, this may result in a small deviation in price, not an extra charge.
  • If design work or artwork changes are needed or requested these will be refereed to The Vision Group Trust.
    (We have arranged a very special pricing from this leading Design and Press company.)
  • All deliveries are in plain boxes, 1000 Premium business cards are boxed and delivered in a 3kg Australia Post over night bag to anywhere in Australia. All other deliveries by TNT express freight (expected delivery most eastern states 1-2 days). It is not possible to automate the pricing for all products for every address in Australia. The automated price is for most eastern areas and Capital cities, if you are not in this area you will be notified before your job is started if there are any increased freight charges.
