The most important factor when emailing is to keep the file size down.
HINT:
PDF format is the best to use because it compresses your file to as easily manageable and email-able size.
Convert fonts to outlines, curves or paths first as many fonts have trademark security and cannot be transported in
the PDF format.

Colour Images and Resolution.
All images are to be supplied as CMYK 300dpi .TIF files only. (with no alpha channels or work paths.)
If not embedded, please supply all images. (i.e. photos, scans etc.)
HINT:
Images used for the internet/web site based will be RGB 72dpi. These will print as poor quality low resolution and
will be pixelated.
HINT:
RGB images or colours may appear OK on your monitor but will print dull and lifeless
in the CMYK Offset Printing Process.
B&W Images and Resolution.
All black images must be converted to 300dpi Grayscale .TIF format.
HINT:
If they are RGB or CMYK, they will not print satisfactorily for one colour work.
i.e. Black of Premium Deluxe Cards and 1 or 2 colour Starter Pack.

Fonts: |
|
All fonts used in your art must be supplied, otherwise substitution
may occur.
HINT:
The best way to get around font problems is to convert all fonts to outlines, curves or paths.
This way there are no fonts to substitute in the file.
Freehand, Illustrator, Indesign and Coreldraw will allow this option.
